"It’s interesting. We found Legadema when she was an 8 day old leopard cub and followed her for 4 and a half years. She won our hearts and in many ways turned us from being filmmakers into strong advocates for big cats. Then she won the hearts of millions of people via our film Eye of the Leopard and then again, via Living with Big Cats and its she who became the ambassador. Today, (as you can see from the images) she presides over Regents Street in London for two months and over a few hour period we tested the response to the passing London people and 1 in 4 stopped and looked into those eyes, that’s 1 in 4 people who are probably less likely to kill a leopard, less likely to condone hunting. She is still working her magic."
